Lead times vary depending on product complexity and our current order book, but typical lead times for bespoke timber windows are 6–10 weeks from approved drawings. We will always give you an accurate lead time at the point of quotation, and we communicate proactively if anything changes.
Yes. We offer a free site survey across Brighton and the South East for projects of a qualifying size. For smaller enquiries, we're happy to work from your measurements or technical drawings. Contact us to discuss your project and we'll advise on the best approach.
Yes — profile matching is one of our specialisms. We can work from photographs, physical samples, or detailed drawings to reproduce period window and door profiles with sub-millimetre accuracy. This is particularly important for listed buildings and conservation areas where consistency with the original fabric is required by planning.
Our timber products carry a manufacturer's warranty of up to 30 years on selected ranges, covering defects in materials and workmanship. All installations by our team are covered by a separate 12-month installation guarantee. Full warranty terms are provided at the point of order.
Absolutely. Multi-unit and trade work is a core part of our business. We offer dedicated trade accounts, volume pricing, phased delivery schedules, and a dedicated project manager for all qualifying developments. Contact us to discuss opening a trade account.
Yes. AA Taylor is FENSA registered, meaning all replacement glazing installations are self-certified to Building Regulations without the need for a separate Local Authority application. We provide full FENSA certificates on completion of all qualifying installations.
